2x30sec Frog Squats
2x30sec Side to Side Planks


3x6 Single Deadlifts L/R
3x6 Snatches per side


3x5 Pull Ups
3x10 Jump Squats
3x15 Push Ups


3x20 sec Up Chucks(Hold kettlebell upside down, with knees bent and a hip width apart. Throw the kettlebell overhead and lock your knees, then bend your knees as you catch the bell.)
