5 sets of 3 - 1 set each at 60%, 70%, 80%, 82.5%, and 85% of your 1 Rep Max
6 sets at 60% of your 1 Rep Max
Pull-Throughs, with band - 3 sets of 10
Scapula + Pulldown, with band - 3 sets of 10
Bar Walk - 4 minutes at 50% of your Back Squat 1 Rep max
Barbell Curl - 40% of your 1 Rep Max, 3 sets of 8
