Week 6, Day 1

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

5 rounds:

  • 20 secs jumping rope
  • 10 secs rest
  • 20 sec push ups
  • 10 sec of rest

 

3x5 back lunges with rotation

 

3x3 rack squats, per side
3x3 swated military press, per side

 

5x5 pullover crunches
5x20 sec bicycles

 

Stretch

 

Week 6, Day 2

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x20 sec high planks
2x10 push ups
2x25 swings

 

5x10 snatches L/R

 

3x5 goblet squats
3x3 pull ups

 

3x15 side crunches, per side
3x15 knee tucks
3x15 hip hops
