Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x20sec Planks
2x20sec Side to Side Planks

 

4x6 Rack Squats per side
4x4 Sitting Military Press
4x20sec Mountain Climbers

 

3x5 Stationary Lunges per side, kettlebell in the center
3x12 Push Ups
3x20 Swings

 

3x30sec Russian Twist
3x20 sec Up Chucks
