Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x30 sec Supermans
2x30 sec Bridges

 

4x8 Sumo Squats
4x6 Bridge Press with 2 kettlebells

 

4x7 Burpees

 

3x5 Single Arm Row
3x6 Suitcase Deadlift with 2 ketlebells
3x10 Hand to Hand Swings

 

3x30 sec V-ups
3x20 Russian Twist
