Kettlebell Workout - Day 1

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x30 seconds of  Air Squats 

3x10 Push Ups

 

3x10 One Hand Swing per side

 

4x10 Front Squat
4x30 Swing

 

3x5 Sitting Wide Legged Military Press per side

3x8 Single Arm Row

 

3x45 Seconds of Janda Sit Ups
