Kettlebell Workout - Day 1

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x20 sec Planks touching the kettlebell

 

3x3 Turkish Get Ups per side
3x10 High Pulls per side

 

3x5 Rack Squats per side
3x8 Diamond Push Ups
3x20 sec Burpees

 

3x20 sec Hot Potato
3x20 sec Knee Tuck Crunches
