Kettlebell Workout - Day 1

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x10 Bodyweight Squats
3x10 Push Ups
3x10 Side Lunges per side

 

4x2 Turkish Get Ups

 

3x5 Clean Squat Press per side
3x10 Snatches per side

 

2x20 sec Hot Potato
2x20 sec Side Crunches per side
