3x20-15-10 Around the World per side
3x10-7-5 Halos per side

 

4x8 Double Deadlifts
4x4 Double Military Press
4x6 Double Cleans

 

3x8 Burpees

 

3x5 Pullover Sit Ups
3x20 Russian Twist
