Welcome to the Kettlebell workout from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new workouts are posted each week - on Tuesday and Thursday - and can be done on any day you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!

 

Kettlebell Workout - Week 7, Day 2

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x30 seconds bodyweight bear crawl

 

5x5 single leg dead lifts L/R

5x5 snatches per side

 

3x5 reverse lunges with rotation per side

 

3x10 double kettlebell swings

3x10 jumping lunges L/R
3x15 push ups

 

3x5 pullover crunches

3x20 seconds side crunches per side
