Women's Workout: Cycle 10, Week 4, Day 1
These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.
This cycle of the Women’s workout will focus on lower body strength and conditioning using bodyweight movements, barbell training, and kettlebell drills.
Week 4, Day 1
1 Minute Clean and Press
1 Minute Goblet Squat
3x30 Seconds Flying Lunges
1 Minute of Rest
Handstand Hold at Wall ***rest as needed
1 Minute Each
Wall Splits to Each Side
Forward Bend 30 Seconds
Lunge to Hamstring Stretch on Each Leg
