  • Prisoner - Place your hands behind your head.
  • Weight Plate - Hold the plate to your chest.
  • Kettlebell - Hold the kettlebell in a goblet position.
  • Barbell - Have the barbell on your back.
  • Dumbbells - Hold the dumbbells overhead.
