Speaking of mobility, I'll show you a selection of simple mobility drills you can do at home over the holidays. Be mindful of your posture as you do these. They are performed sitting down, so you can even do them while watching TV.

But seriously, many of you will be visiting family over the holidays and may not be able to get to a gym. Don't fear! Head outside or into the back yard and pick up a rock. Of course, you can do squats and presses with it, but I also have some more playful options for youAfter that, find a couple of water bottles and use them as markers for sprints and agility drills.
Remember, this time of year is meant to be a time of rest and holiday. So don't get too hung up on the specifics of the mobility drills or exercises, and don't be too worried about what you are eating. Enjoy yourself!
