Virtuosity with Dusty Hyland - Handstand Walking, Vol 5: Shoulder Taps
Welcome to season two of Virtuosity, featuring gymnastics expert Coach Dusty Hyland. Virtuosity, in gymnastics, means going above and beyond - exceptional movement, performance, and position.
This week we work on shoulder taps. Last week we worked on adding movement to our handstand by shifting our weight. This week we are going to work on lifting our hands clearly off the ground. We will work on tapping our shoulders in a few different positions in order to drill this motion, including starting out on the box.
