3x10 Around the Worlds
3x5 Halos per side
3x10 Goblet Squats
3x5 Presses
3x5 Burpees
2x10 Good Morning stretch
2x10 High Pulls per side
2x10 Jump Lunges
3x30sec Hot Potato
Stretch
