Joint mobility/Primal Move


4x20 Side Steps Swings per side
4x5 Tall Kneeling Halos per side


5x8 Goblet Squats
5x5 Single Arm Rows
5x10 Burpees


4x25 sec V-ups
4x20 sec Side to Side Planks
