Kettlebell Workout - Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Move
2x30 sec Swings
2x30 sec Jogging
2x10 High Pulls per side
3x10 Tactical Lunges
3x12 Bear Crawls( 6 per side)
3x5 Clean/Squat/Press per side
3x10 Jump Squats
3x30 sec Pullover Crunches
3x30 sec Bicycles
Stretch
