Joint mobility/Primal Move


3x30 Crescent Swings
3x5 Tall Kneeling Halos per side


4x6 Deadlifts
4x6-8 Single Arm Rows L/R


5x3-6-9 Burpees
5x3-6-9 Pull Ups
5x3-6-9 Jump Squats


6x20 sec Bicycles
