Kettlebell Workout - Week 6, Day 2
3x30 sec Jogging
3x30 sec Swings
5x5 Double Bells Deadlifts
5x3-5 Double Bells Bridge Press
3x5 Clean/Squat/Press per side
3x30 sec Pullover Crunches
3x30 sec Bicycles
Stretch
