Kettlebell Workout - Week 7, Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Move
3x15 swing (2 hands in the first set; second and third sets 1 hand)
3x10 Halos L/R
4x5 Squats and curls
4x10 Bench Dips
3x6 Military Press per side
3x8 Stationary Lunges per side
3x10 Double Cleans
3x3 Windmills per side
3x30 sec Hot Potato
