This week I'm going to discuss box jump technique. But before we even get into the jumping part, we're going to do some essential mobility work on our ankles and Achilles tendons.
After we get mobile, I'll explain the proper technique of box jumping and how to avoid injury while doing it. Remember, like in the kettlebell swing, good box jumping is about generating hip power, and you need to know and practice proper technique before pursuing those super-high boxes. I'll also give you some tips to improve your box jump speed and efficiency.
