We'll continue with some moremobility work, before moving on to the start of the freestanding handstand – kicking up into a handstand.To get used to this, practice against a wall. You can either start from a sprint-start position, or step into it.Once you have mastered that, you can move on to the freestanding handstand.At the end we'll look at a little stretch for the wrists too.
