In this video, Ben demonstrates four innovative uses for a stability ball. Many times personal trainers or physical therapy clinics don't have the space to have lots of exercise machinery. However, with some creativity, a stability ball can replace many of common movements.

  • Stability ball leg press
  • Stability ball reverse back extension
  • Stability ball skiers
  • Rocky seas push up
