In this video, I will go over some of the elements of the kettlebell rack position. These items will help you improve your kettlebell rack as well as keep you in a strong position.


  • Keep your pinky facing away from you and your wrist upright. Do not let it lean to the outside.
  • Keep your elbow close to your body and tucked into your ribs with your arm in a vertical position.
  • Engage your abs and hold them firmly.
  • Squeeze your glutes and engage your legs, pulling your knee caps up.
