Max Aita is a strength coach who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk too. Although we're not sure he's going to be up to walking much after this squat ladder. Watch this short video of Max squatting his way up from an empty bar to 600lbs, or 272kg. Aside from being a big squat, there's nothing too unusual about that - apart from the fact that he does it in the space of thirty seconds while the bar remains on his back!
