In this video, Ben demonstrates how to use the tip-toe position to add variety to your basic lower body strength activities. Training in a tip-toe position is a great way to strengthen all those muscles in your lower legs that are often forgotten about with your regular bodyweight or barbell training, in particular, the intrinsic and stabilizing musculature of your calves, feet, and toes.
