Welcome to season three of Virtuosity, featuring gymnastics experts and coaches Dusty Hyland and Tina Angelotti. Virtuosity, in gymnastics, means going above and beyond - exceptional movement, performance, and position.


Season three is all about the bent arm press to handstand and this week, Dusty covers inversion - the frogstand and the shoulderstand. The first thing you will do is learn how to find balance in a frogstand position. Once you get comfortable with this position, you can take it up into a true shoulderstand. This video will provide you with coaching cues to guide you through this entire process, along with drills to practice. The drills are broken down by skill level, so there is no excuse not to get better at these skills!
