Women's Workout: Cycle 10, Week 6, Day 1
These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.
This cycle of the Women’s workout will focus on lower body strength and conditioning using bodyweight movements, barbell training, and kettlebell drills.
Week 6, Day 1
3x20 Seconds RKC Plank
3x5 Box Squats With Barbell
4x10 Double Deadlifts
4x5 Double Military Press
4x5 Double Cleans
3x20 Double Kettlebell Swings
3x10 V Up to Hold *5 breaths each
1 Minute Each
Wall Splits to Each Side
Forward Bend 30 Seconds
Lunge to Hamstring Stretch on Each Leg
