Many of you are familiar with the muscle-up when performed on the rings – taking yourself from a hanging position below the rings to being locked out above the rings, hands at your sides. It is a challenging movement for anyone who didn't grow up a gymnast.

But, what about doing a muscle-up on a bar? The bar represents different challenges since it is stationary and you can't push your chest through the same. In this video you will get some tips on the muscle-up, specifically for trying it on the bar.
