Day 1

Back squat, 3 x 10 @ 75%, 60 seconds rest
Weighted pull ups, 2 x 5
Weighted hip thrusts, 3 x 8
Face pulls, 3 x 20

 

 

Day 2

Floor press @ 70% of max, 9 x 3 for speed
Incline bench press, 3 x 5
Weighted dips, 2 x 8
Hammer curls, 3 x 20

 

Day 3

Power clean, 1RM
Log clean and push press, 1RM
Farmers walk, medium weight for 40m
