Day 10 of 21
Give yourself all the self care you can during this rest day. Self care can be spending time on mobility drills, working on a strength exercise that means a lot to you, taking a power nap, a bubble bath or even getting a massage. Make sure to give your body a chance to restore so you can continue to shine.
Todd, my husband, joined me on camera for Day 9 and I can tell you that I am glad I get a break today to recharge so that I can be ready to really get into it again tomorrow.
