In this video, Ben demonstrates three lower body plyometric skills for the explosive leg strength needed in parkour, though other types of athlete will also find benefit in these fun variations. These are the plyo step-up, the crane plyo, and the plant plyo. Do not try stacking two plyo boxes on top of each other at home – this was for demonstration purposes only!
