Video: Sean Waxman – Olympic Weightlifting Drills: The Clean Pull From Blocks Below the Knee

Last week we learned the clean pull from blocks above the knee. This week we'll move the blocks a bit lower and continue to work on our extension.

This video is similar to last week's drill, but the blocks aren't as high. This exercise improves pulling mechanics and also strengthens the muscles used during the clean pull. Combine this drill with the Clean Pull from Blocks Above the Knee and the Clean Deadlift from Blocks Above the Knee.
