You don't like resting because you think you're losing ground when you rest. The truth is, though, without rest your body doesn't rebuild and eventually you will start losing ground no matter how much you train. Overtraining can injure you and make you seriously ill. So, I know it's hard, but your mind and your body will appreciate some real down time.
For those of you not resting, I want to chat with you about your overhead press. There are some small details you can adjust to make your press more effective – and also less likely to cause injury.
