Women’s Workout: Cycle 10, Week 2, Day 1

This cycle of the Women’s workout will focus on lower body strength and conditioning using bodyweight movements, barbell training and kettlebell drills.

These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.

3×5 Deadlift with barbell

3×8 Pull Ups

3×5 Clean and Press with Kettlebell

3×5 Bootstrappers with Kettlebell

3×10 Deficit Dumbbell/Kettlebell Bulgarian Split Squats

3×25 Janda Sit Ups
