Women’s Workout: Cycle 3, Week 4, Day 1

This cycle of the Women’s WOD will focus on working through progressions to build in executing the kettlebell snatch, as well as strength and conditioning.

A.

3 Rounds

1 Minute of 1 Kettlebell Squat, 1 Halo to Right, 1 Halo to Left (then repeat cycle)

Rest 20 seconds

1 Minute 1/2 Turkish Get Up (no weight)

B.

5 Rounds

10 Tactical Kettlebell Lunge (on each side for a total of 20 lunges)

20 Alternating Kettlebell Swings

C.

3 x 15

Double Kettlebell High Pulls

D.

5 Minutes of Alternating Turkish Get Ups
