Women’s Workout: Cycle 3, Week 6, Day 1

This cycle of the Women’s WOD will focus on working through progressions to build in executing the kettlebell snatch, as well as strength and conditioning.

A.

25 V Ups or 50 Janda Sit Ups

B.

1 Minute of Farmers Walk (Double Kettlebells)

then complete

3 Rounds of:

3 Turkish Get Up (one each side)

6 Goblet squat

24 Russian Kettlebell Swings

then complete

1 Minute Farmers Walk (Double Kettlebells)

C.

25 V Ups or 50 Janda Sit ups
