<p>We&#8217;ve spent the whole month of February collecting nominations for our third annual <strong>Top 10 Fitness Blog contest</strong>. We asked for your help in determining the best fitness blogs on the web &#8211; and we got it!</p>
<p>Now, it&#8217;s time for the judges to decide who makes the final cut. How do they decide the ten best fitness sites? <strong>Judges will be looking at the overall quality of a website, frequency of posts, user involvement, and the number of nominations a site was given.</strong></p>

An All-American discus thrower, Dan has also competed at the highest levels of Olympic lifting, Highland Games, and the Weight Pentathlon, an event in which he holds the American record. Dan spends his work life blending weekly workshops and lectures with full-time writing, and is also an online religious studies instructor for Columbia College of Missouri. As a Fulbright Scholar, he toured the Middle East exploring the foundations of religious education systems.
