<p>Arm Bar Stretch / TGU Combination &#8211; 1 rep Right (24kg)</p>
<p>Arm Bar Stretch / TGU Combination – 1 rep Left (24kg)</p>
<p><em>Note: Hold the arm bar stretch for 3 seconds, reset to starting point, then flow into the TGU. Be smooth, strive for perfect form during each rep.</em></p>

<p>5 Minutes KB Snatch Right (16kg, 8kg)</p>
<p>5 Minutes KB Snatch Left (16kg, 8kg)</p>
<p><em>Note: Try to maintain 16-20 reps per minute. Watch the clock, pace yourself, be efficient, and “rest” on top.</em></p>
<p>Take a 3-5 minute break then…</p>
<p><strong>Finish with 5 rounds of:</strong></p>
<p><em>As many reps in good form as possible</em></p>
<p>1 minute – 1 arm swings Left (24kg, 12kg)</p>
