25 Box Jump (24&#8243;)</p>
<p>Begin each round exactly every 5 minutes. If you have any time leftover when you finish the box jumps, use it to rest. Tally your total times for each rounds &#8211; if round 1 took you 3 min and round 2 took you 4 minutes, you would have 7 minutes total for those 2 rounds.</p>

<p>Squats: 1, 2, 3&#8230;18, 19, 20</p>
<p>To do this workout you first do 20 push ups, then 1 squat, then 19 push ups, then 2 squats, etc. The final round will be 1 push up and 20 squats.</p>

<p>First round is 21 reps of each movement, then 15 reps, then 9. As in &#8211; 21 Pit 4 punches &amp; sprawls, 21 head kicks, 21 bag slams, etc. Once you have worked through the list doing 21 reps of each, go back to the beginning and do 15 reps of each, then 9 of each.</p>
