Being a professional performing strongman, aches and pains are part of life. Fortunately, there is a product that can help bring pain relief to a hurting body and much more. The RAD Roller has provided a myriad of benefits including increased mobility, myofascial release, and detoxification of joint and muscle tissue, all of which help to alleviate discomfort from overuse injuries.

Being a Professional Strongman Takes a Toll

One of the main areas that I needed to focus on was my neck. One of the feats of strength I perform is called “Lifted Up.” This feat involves me hanging a person from my head and holding out two heavy steel crosses in the crucifix position. The goal is to hold the position for as long as possible. This stunt is extremely taxing on the muscles of the neck and shoulders. I had used many mobility products in the past to help recover from the demands and punishment that my body takes from performing, but never found long term success.

Enter the RAD Roller

The RAD Roller Stiff’s appearance is similar to having two lacrosse balls taped together. The RAD Roller has just the right amount of give to apply firm pressure, while allowing the muscles to relax at the same time. The creators of the RAD Roller designed it to replicate the touch of a therapists hands. It’s like being able to get a massage any time you need it.

By allowing the roller to move down from the neck into the spinal area, correct body posture and alignment are restored. The space between the balls allows for the back and shoulders to be worked without causing any damage or direct pressure to the spine itself. The benefits of proper body alignment will not only help you to feel better, but you’ll be moving better creating increased performance.

The RAD Roller provides relief not just with the neck and shoulders, but all over the body. You can remove restrictions caused by trigger points, fascia, and overuse with one great portable tool. By using the roller post-workout, you’ll also jump start your recovery by removing toxins and creating blood and lymph flow to and from the area of muscle trauma.

One of the key uses for the RAD Roller is prehab and injury prevention. By rolling out your abdominals, and other areas that get neglected, like your feet, you can help prevent serious injuries from occurring during your workouts. This is the perfect tool for those who want to have a long athletic career. I highly recommend the RAD Roller for those who not only want pain relief, but for those who want to take their performance to a higher level.

Pros:

Portable

Highly effective

Easy to use

Precision targeting of muscle and trigger points

Cons:

None noted

A Neuro-Set is comprised of three distinct types of exercises all combined into one brutally effective set. The synergistic result of this exercise combination is increased neuromuscular efficiency and maximum muscular hypertrophy. This means that the Neuro-Set not only increases muscle size, but also strength and athleticism.

The three types of exercises that make up the Neuro-Set are as follows:

Grinds – Slow, controlled exercises that place resistance on large muscle groups. These exercises require total-body tension.

Dynamic Power Drills – Performed quickly, these are movements that require power and speed. They are ballistic in the concentric portion of the movement and also use momentumto deliver an enhanced eccentric-loading effect.

Isometrics – This category of exercise is performed while maintaining a static position. The joint-angle and muscle-length remain constant for the duration of the contraction.

Each one of these exercise types has historically been quite effective on its own. But when they are synergistically combined into a Neuro-Set, they become a powerful force that smashes through the roadblocks of physique transformation.

Click Here to Start Jon Bruney’s Free 3-Week Neuro-Mass Program

I remember in junior high school the first time I used a locker that had a combination lock. At the beginning of the year I was issued a piece of paper with my unique combination of numbers that allowed me access into my locker. Now, the numbers had to be turned with some precision. If I was off by a little or turned the dial the wrong way, when I pulled on the handle the door would remain locked.

In the same way, your body is a locker stored with tremendous athletic potential. Many people become frustrated that they have access to this potential, but don’t know how to unlock the door. Misinformation on how to open the door has caused great confusion to many athletes. After many failed attempts, athletes have come to believe that some are destined to be strong, muscular, and athletic and some are destined to be small, weak, and uncoordinated.

Fortunately, there is a way to crack your neuromuscular code and open the door to amazing athleticism by building smart muscle. It’s called Neuro-Mass. This is the system I developed out of my experience as a world record holding strongman, as well as working with competitive athletes including Olympians NFL players.

Neuro-Mass unlocks the door that allows you to add slabs of functional muscle to your body. This smart muscle can also multitask. Neuro-Mass not only increases your size, but turbocharges your strength and athletic ability. The Neuro-Mass system will give you the exact combination of exercises and protocols that open the door to physique transformation.

This cutting edge combination of exercises is called a Neuro-Set. Neuro-Sets place multiple stressors upon the body, which creates smart muscle. The process of building smart muscle includes:

Teaching the nervous system to recruit more muscle fibers.

Teaching the body to adapt to multiple forms of resistance.

Teaching the body to bypass genetic performance roadblocks.

The Neuro-Mass system incorporates extreme bodyweight exercises, as well as kettlebells. Many gyms are filled with machines that focus on isolating muscles, but Neuro-Mass uses bodyweight exercises that force the body to work as a unit and where new levels of coordination and functional fitness are achieved.

The unique shape of kettlebells creates an offset center of gravity. This biomechanical disadvantage works the entire body, especially the stabilizing muscles. Constantly adjusting to stabilize the kettlebells during the exercises will stimulate greater gains through greater resistance.

As I said earlier, the wrong combination will leave you locked outside the door to your athletic potential. That’s the problem with many strength and conditioning programs. They only incorporate one type of stressor to create gains, and many athletes are choosing the wrong exercises to get to their goals. Neuro-Sets provide the right combination of three time-tested types of exercises combined into one set, increases neuromuscular efficiency and maximum muscular hypertrophy. This means you will get a bigger and better body.

These workouts will be posted on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

These workouts will be posted on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
