I remember in junior high school the first time I used a locker that had a combination lock. At the beginning of the year I was issued a piece of paper with my unique combination of numbers that allowed me access into my locker. Now, the numbers had to be turned with some precision. If I was off by a little or turned the dial the wrong way, when I pulled on the handle the door would remain locked.
In the same way, your body is a locker stored with tremendous athletic potential. Many people become frustrated that they have access to this potential, but don’t know how to unlock the door.
