Just couldn’t get motivated to train at all. Also tried on some elevated heel squat shoes and I think that worked against me.

I got out of the hole and was in my normal power zone when I stalled out with that 804. Was stalled for a second or two which took its toll on the torn hammy. I think I’m done squatting and pulling till the meet, as its doing more harm than good.
SATURDAY
Glute Bridge: 5 sets
Bodyweight Bulgarian Split Squats: 3 Sets ( I do these several times during the week as part of rehab.)
Sled 1-arm Rows: 4 passes
Sled face pulls: 2 passes
Single leg stiff leg deadlifts
