Athlete Journal: Charles Staley, Entry 30 – A Career Lift and Some Shoulder Issues

My shoulder has been bugging me and is going to limit my future training sessions. But I still managed to make the biggest training pull of my career and got in some pain-free presses as well.

You’ll see that I’ll be switching to other forms of squats while my shoulder heals. I actually tried high-bar back squats first today but even they hurt, so I switched to front squats, which I haven’t done in years.
