The rest of the week was spent doing rehab exercises. Also included two trips to my practitioner/doctor and two trips to my massage therapist. Couldn’t squat or deadlift. I put a video together below to show you the exercises I am doing to rehab my torn adductor.
Two more weeks to the meet. Hopefully I can get it cleared up by then. And by “hopefully” I mean I WILL.
