Athlete Journal, Entry 25: Fitting It In
MONDAY
Had to move my workout to my lunch break as my wife was working late and I would have both kids, and wouldn’t be able to hit the gym that day. The workout was fairly rushed for this reason.

Was planning on making a run at 475, but the weights felt like they were going to crush me today after Saturday’s massive session and the 225×31 incline press Thursday. So I pulled it back to 465, which was a good call as I didn’t have anything more in me.
