Athlete Journal, Entry 41 – A Juggling Act
This has been a very long week for me with burning the candles on both ends. Between work and projects at home, I’ve been kept up late into the evening with high levels of stress.
I did get my new OmegaWave app with the ECG belt when I got home at the end of the week. I’m looking forward to putting this to use. It measures:
- Stress level
- Fatigue
- Adaptive reserves
This provides a nice report on overall readiness to train.
