My left shoulder was aching so I did some light work to stimulate blood flow and then called it a day.
THURSDAY
I got out of work late and was running late to the gym.

475+100×1 – I was planning on five but during the second rep I felt a pop in my right leg so I sat on the box. I didn’t feel pain but decided to take it easy and not do much else.
