Athlete Journal, Entry 71 – Deload Week (Or Something Like That)
I’m not sure if you can really call this week a training week. Besides hitting PRs for volume work on Monday I didn’t engage in much more activity for the week. However, I am excited about some upcoming tools I’m going to be employing in my training as well as some technical videos I’m going to be shooting. I guess we will call this a deload week.
