Adrien is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who revels in teaching others the benefit of fitness. A mother of 9-year old twins, her passion can be found in both learning and teaching the benefits of movement for the body and for the mind.
Adrien has been a certified instructor since 2004. After her 17-year “first career” in politics and public affairs, with the support of her husband, she made the leap and started her own gym. Fitness on the Run was born after dozens of friends pressed (no pun!) her to make the journey more enjoyable for them.
Washington, DC is a town of many adrenal-fatigued individuals. If her business, Fitness on the Run can help them learn how to better manage their stress through focused movements in the gym and a healthy diet of sleep and food, she and her team find great joy.
A Californian by birth and upbringing, being outdoors and using your own body as a tool for health and wellness brings her great joy. As the co-owner of a thriving business in Alexandria, Virginia with 11 instructors and over 300 clients, she can honestly say she has “seen it all."
Adrien holds her Level II SFG Kettlebell certification, Dragon Door Level I, continues to study for her Precision Nutrition Certification, has attended dozens of workshops on movement, and has her certification from ISSA.
